The problem
Large firms have whole departments for this. Yours has clients waiting on returns — so national providers scoop the credit, and the relationship, instead.
What changes for you
Cost segregation engineers
R&D credit specialists
Documentation & filing support
Prepared for Harbor Street Bakery
You sign the return. Your client never meets anyone else. We're the work behind it, not a name they have to learn.
No software, no new hires, no study work, no reports to write. Sending us a client list is the extent of the lift.
Every position ships with a full substantiation file, not an assertion — documented client consent up front, and support if it's ever questioned later.
How it works
A seven-field scan — nothing more. We hand back a written engagement list.
List received for review
Review the list, pick your clients. Nothing moves without your say.
Study, documentation, and filing support — handled end to end.
You sign the return and keep the client. Your firm earns 3% on R&D recoveries, with other programs at the rate on your order form.

Credits we recover
For business owners with qualifying property and improvements that may be reclassified for tax purposes.
For businesses developing or improving products, processes, or software through technical work.
For food and beverage businesses with employees who report tips for service.
The guarantee
If your firm earns less from the Desk in its first year than it paid us in fees, we pay you the difference, up to what you paid. It covers your firm's own fees. It never guarantees any client's credit, refund or savings. The full terms are on your order form.
Count the business returns your firm prepares. Individual 1040-only clients are not part of the Desk.
Across roughly 300 small business clients.
Your 3% share of the recovery above. Three percent is the R&D rate. Other programs are set on the order form.
These are estimates, not a quote, an offer, or a guarantee. They reflect what Opscale's model expects across a book of this size in the first twelve months, on the engagements that actually close. Your actual results depend on your clients' facts, which engagements you choose to present, which clients qualify, and which programs those engagements fall under. Revenue share varies by program and is stated on the order form. Fees your firm pays Opscale are not deducted from the figure shown.
You do. Every engagement arrives with the substantiation file behind the position.
No. Your firm retains the client relationship. Our network works behind your firm's name, and your client never meets anyone else.
Payout timing depends on the program and how quickly the credit or refund is processed. Some programs move faster than others, and IRS processing times vary. We can share typical ranges during your intro call once we know which programs fit your book.
